These terms govern use of this public website. They are intentionally separate from the attorney-reviewed agreement that will govern a consulting engagement, Commercial Intelligence subscription, Custom Intelligence assignment, or Exclusive Research engagement.
I provide this site to explain my Operations Consulting and Commercial Intelligence services. Public content, sample briefs, prices, scopes, and dashboard previews are general information. They do not create a consultant-client, legal, accounting, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, employment, or subscription relationship.
An engagement begins only when I and the client accept a written agreement or statement of work through an authorized process. If a service page conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Client platform or marketplace terms may also control when work is purchased there.
A Commercial Intelligence prelaunch submission records nonbinding interest only. It does not activate service, reserve capacity, authorize payment, or require you to accept the later offer. A dashboard preview contains illustrative information and does not create an account, subscription, research right, or invoice.
A brief evaluates a possible commercial opportunity from lawful public or properly licensed information. I do not promise that an opportunity remains open, that an organization needs a service, that a contact has buying authority, or that outreach will produce a sale, contract, award, funding, or other result. Information can change after publication, and the recipient remains responsible for final qualification, pricing, outreach, and contracting.
I do not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, insurance, engineering, architectural, medical, clinical, licensed cybersecurity, employment-law, certification, lobbying, brokerage, or other regulated professional advice. I may organize requirements supplied or approved by the client or its licensed adviser, but I do not create or certify the underlying professional rule.
You may use the public site for your own legitimate business evaluation. You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the site, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, copy a protected client record, or reproduce, scrape, resell, or redistribute my original compilation, design, rankings, templates, or paid research without written permission. Public facts remain public facts.
The site may link to or rely on services operated by others, including Google Forms and ChatGPT authentication. Their services remain controlled by their own terms and availability. I am not responsible for third-party content or a service interruption outside my reasonable control.
I may correct or update the public site as the service develops. Material terms for paid work will be presented before acceptance and will not be changed retroactively except as the governing agreement permits. These website terms are governed by Florida law, subject to any mandatory law and the dispute terms in an applicable signed agreement.
