Why I need it.

Information I collect

The Commercial Intelligence prelaunch form collects the name, work email, organization, plan being considered, service industries, optional research question, consent confirmation, and submission status that you provide. My Operations Consulting inquiry is hosted through Google Forms and collects the information shown on that form.

If you use ChatGPT secure sign-in, the site may receive your ChatGPT account identifier, email address, and an available display name. I do not receive your ChatGPT password. The prospective-client preview does not create a paid account. If client settings are activated, I may also collect your organization name, email-delivery preference, optional SMS preference, phone number, and consent record.

My hosting, authentication, and security providers may process ordinary technical records such as request time, network address, browser or device information, and security events. I do not currently use a separate advertising tracker or collect payment-card numbers on this site.

Why I use it

I use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand service fit, prepare a proposal or launch offer, administer prelaunch records, provide authorized consulting or Commercial Intelligence, tailor customer-profile ranking, protect the site, keep required business records, honor communication choices, and comply with law.

I do not sell personal information. I do not place one client’s confidential information, customer profile, pricing, strategy, or private work into another client’s shared Commercial Intelligence product.

Providers and AI-assisted work

I use service providers only for functions needed to operate the practice, which currently include OpenAI Sites and ChatGPT authentication, the site database and hosting, and Google Forms for Operations Consulting inquiries. Email, SMS, accounting, and payment providers will be added only when those functions are activated. Providers may process information under their own terms and the agreements governing my use of their services.

When a client agreement authorizes AI-assisted work, I may use ChatGPT Business to help organize, analyze, draft, or review client material. OpenAI states that ChatGPT Business inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default and that business data is encrypted in transit and at rest. I still minimize submitted information, keep human review responsible for the finished work, do not opt confidential client work into model-improvement sharing, and do not submit passwords, full payment-card data, or information the agreement excludes.

Retention, security, and choices

I generally keep a prelaunch or non-client inquiry record for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion or a legal or dispute-related reason requires retention. Client contracts, invoices, tax support, consent records, and material delivery records may generally be retained for seven years after the relationship ends. Suppression records may be retained as needed to honor an opt-out. Provider-controlled security records follow the provider’s retention rules.

I use reasonable access, authentication, minimization, and record-separation measures, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. You may use the published inquiry path to request access, correction, deletion, or a communication-preference change. I may retain information required for contracts, taxes, security, legal claims, or an active service relationship. This site is intended for business and organizational users and not for children.
