About C³™

A founder-led practice built around
clearer work and better decisions.

I built Colton Collins Consulting, publicly represented by C³™, to combine operations consulting and commercial research in one founder-led practice. The experience, approach, judgment, and responsibility clients receive are mine directly, and I treat each client as part of the community rather than another project to complete.

Colton Collins

About me · my approach

Understand the reality.
Build for actual use.

I am an operations consultant and researcher working primarily with early-stage ventures, small businesses, nonprofits, and programs. My background includes original venture and program development, current paid entrepreneurial and nonprofit-launch support, organizational systems and outreach, legal-administrative exposure, and extensive research and writing.

I begin with the people doing the work, the information already available, the point where progress is breaking down, and the result the organization genuinely needs. I then organize that reality into a recommendation, workflow, written procedure, intake path, sales or recruitment system, program structure, setup and test, or evidence-backed commercial brief.

The method is intentionally practical: clarify the need, structure the right amount of work, test it when the scope allows, and make the handoff understandable. My business, sales, accounting, law, logic, research, communication, and applied AI preparation all support that process.

Mission and vision

Local usefulness first.
Trust earned through the work.

MISSION

Help early ventures, small businesses, nonprofits, and programs build practical operating systems, while helping Gainesville commercial-service vendors act on timely market change through evidence-backed intelligence.

VISION

Become Alachua County's trusted operations consultant.

Values

The standard behind the business.

These values define what I am building and the behavior required to earn it. They guide my growth, client selection, communication, judgment, and accountability.

01

Community

Treat clients as participants in a shared effort, respect all stakeholders, and strengthen the relationships on which useful work depends.

02

Circumspect

Understand the full circumstances, anticipate how a decision may affect people and systems, and respond with appropriate care and judgment.

03

Catalytic

Reduce the barriers between a sound decision and effective action so the result can move sooner and last beyond the engagement.

Core skills

Four capabilities brought
into one practical practice.

Each skill is grounded in the work shown in my portfolio and applied directly to my operations and research services.

01

Operations and launch planning

I translate an idea, program, or operating need into responsibilities, sequences, decisions, materials, and a practical improvement or launch path.

02

Administrative and organizational support

I organize records, communication, access, follow-up, and recurring work so priorities are easier to see and less likely to disappear.

03

Sales, marketing, and outreach

I help define audiences, messages, qualification, pipelines, recruitment, and follow-up around real organizational needs and evidence.

04

Research and synthesis

I gather information from multiple sources, test what is supportable, separate evidence from assumption, and make the result useful for a decision.
